I changed my mind, what are my options ?

You chose the wrong size, colour, fixtures for your sail ?

After validation, we will send you a return voucher with instructions. 

Returning the goods will be at the expense of the customer.


The refund will be made with through the same method used to purchase the returned goods in the first place. Returning transport fee cannot be refunded.


In the case of an exchange with a product which has a different price, we will refund your first order as a first step, so you can order again directly on our website.


Please note that no refund or exchange can be made for a custom made shade sail.


There is a default on my product under guarantee :

Please send us pictures and precisions on the problem. We will answer you within 48h (working day).

If the default is legitimate, we will replace the product.


We advise you to read the terms and conditions of sales in order to know what is covered by the guarantee.
