In what cases return an order ?
You made a mistake in the size or colour of you shade sail ? Or in the fixtures for a standard shade sail?
You have 14 days to make an exchange or return starting from the day you receive the merchandise.
Be careful: No exchange or returns are possible for custom made products.

After the validation of your request, you will receive a return voucher.
All orders returned without returning voucher will not be taken into account.
The product must be returned in its packaging and in its original condition by poste. Before returning the product, you must send a photo of it in its original packaging to validate the eligibility for the return. You must also specify the order number in your email with the picture.
Depending on what you wish we will make :
- - A reimbursement of your order or product (excluding shipping fees) after having received and verified your package.
In the case of a size or colour change, we will require for you to pass a new order.

If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product.
