How to use the Espace Ombrage 3D tool ?  

We developped this software to help you visualize different installations of shade sails on your terrace. This page is a complement to the different help sections already existing in the software.

For a good start : in the Creation mode, use the right click of your mouse to move the whole plan, and the control knob to zoom in and out.

2 - Creating your terrace 

In order to create your terrace, 2 methods are available to you:

  • You already have a plan drawn to scale on your computer: We invite you to watch the video n°1, which will explain how to download directly your plan in the software. 
  • You d'ont have a plan drawn to scale on your computer:  We invite you to watch the video n°2, which will explain how to draw your terrace with the measure you have.

NB:

When you move a point with the mouse, maintain the "CTRL" button to be guided on a horizontal or vertical axis.

 Maintain the right click, when creation is selected, in order to move the whole plan.

3 - Adding shade sails

 

You terrace is now drawn, you can then add as many shade sail as you want. Here is how you do it :

4 - Navigation and saving your work

NB:

Maintain the right click of your mouse to move within the 3D view
