How can I track my order ?
3 steps from purchase to order delivery :
1 - Order confirmation : Once you confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order's content and price. You can also find your order confirmation by connecting to your Espace Ombrage account from our website.
2 - Sail(s) production (except products already in stock). The manufacturing time is indicated on the article page under the add to cart button :
During this time, you order status will be “in preparation”.
3 - Sending your order: You will receive an email when we send your order or when it is available at the pick up & go location.
In how many days will I receive my order ?
It depends on the order's content :
All the poles, fixtures, and Australe 220 sails are generally sent under 48 working hours. Then count 2-3 working days for shipping.
For the Australe 340, Acryl 300, and custom sails the fabrication time is generally between 15 to 20 working days. It can vary but it is always indicated on the product page. We recommend taking it into account before making an order.
Please note that if your order contains articles with a different shipping time, use the longest shipping time for reference.
Do you deliver outside of France ?
We ensure delivery of all our products (sails, fixtures, and poles) worldwide.
The shipping costs adapted to your address will be indicated during the ordering process.

Where and by whom am I delivered in France ?
For France, we suggest 2 transportation methods to adapt to our sails while reducing costs.
1 – For all products except adjustable poles, we suggest delivery at a pick up & go station with the DPD Pickup service.
A pick up & go station is a local store where you can pick up your package. Store hours are wide, usually until 7pm and on Saturdays as well. With more than 5000 pick up & go stations in France, your package will be generally at less than 15 minutes from your home. You can choose your pick up & go station when you order.
You will be notified by text message when your order is available, of the opening days and hours and of the pick up location. The delivery time given by the transportation service is of 48/72h working hours.
2 - For orders containing at least 1 adjustable pole we have chosen Geodis On Demand who will ship your order to your home in 48/72 working hours from Monday to Saturday included.
