All the poles, fixtures, and Australe 220 and Solar 200 sails are sent in the next two working days.
For the Premium, Acryl 300, and Australe 340 sails as for the custom made shade sails the shipping time ranges from 15 days to 3 weeks.
This shipping time changes depending on the time of year, demand is more important during spring and summer.
Generally, we commit to sending your order under 2 weeks, excluding specific enquiries.

Specific cases
Note that if your order contains articles with a different shipping time, you must take the longest shipping time as reference. For example, in the case of an order containing a custom sail + a pole, your entire order will be shipped within 10 to 15 working days.
